We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide this website securely, handle enquiries, initiate or conduct business relationships, comply with legal obligations, or safeguard legitimate interests.
The legal bases are, in particular, Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR for pre-contractual measures and contracts, Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR for legal obligations, Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR for legitimate interests and—where expressly obtained—Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and Section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG 2021) for consent.

The website is provided and protected using services from GoDaddy and Cloudflare. These providers may process the technical data specified in Section 3 as processors or controllers in their own right insofar as this is necessary for hosting, content delivery, load distribution, security, and abuse prevention.
Cloudflare may use technically necessary security features or cookies to identify harmful access, safeguard the integrity of the website, and deliver content reliably. Such functions are not used for advertising by AGRO-NEX.
Processing may also take place outside the European Economic Area. Where no adequacy decision exists, appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary protective measures are used. 5. Cookies and similar technologies
This website is configured so that analytics, advertising, and other non-essential tracking technologies are not loaded automatically. Therefore, no general consent banner is displayed in the current configuration.
Technically necessary cookies or similar storage technologies may be used where they serve exclusively to transmit a communication, ensure security, enable authorised administrators to log in, or provide a function expressly requested by the visitor. These may include, in particular, Cloudflare security features, WordPress session functions, and storage of the selected website language by Polylang.
Administration and login cookies concern only authorised users of the internal WordPress area. AGRO-NEX does not use audience measurement or advertising tracking on the public-facing website.

6. YouTube videos using a two-click solution
Videos from the YouTube service are offered on individual pages. The provider for users in the European Economic Area is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Merely accessing our page does not establish a connection to YouTube and no YouTube iframe is loaded. Only when you click the “Play video” button is an iframe loaded via the more privacy-friendly domain youtube-nocookie.com. In doing so, your IP address, browser data, the page accessed, and interaction data may be transmitted to Google and, depending on whether you are signed in to Google and the service settings, linked to your account.
By actively clicking, you consent to this one-time embedding and the associated data transfer. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and Section 165(3) TKG 2021. Without the click, the external content remains blocked. Further information is available in Google’s Privacy Policy.
7. External links and social networks
Links to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, manufacturers, and other external websites are ordinary external links. Merely accessing our page does not establish a connection to the respective services through these links. Only when you click a link do you leave our website, and the respective provider processes data according to its own terms.
8. Contact by email or telephone
The website does not contain a public contact form. If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the contact details you provide, the content of your enquiry, and the information required to handle it.
Processing is carried out under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR to take pre-contractual steps or perform a contract, and under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR for appropriate communication and record-keeping. Statutory retention periods apply where business and accounting records are concerned.
9. Recipients
Data is disclosed only where this is necessary for hosting and IT operations, communication, contract performance, logistics, payment processing, advisory services, compliance with legal obligations, or the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims. Possible recipients include, in particular, IT and hosting service providers, telecommunications providers, banks, transport and logistics companies, manufacturers, suppliers, professional advisers, authorities, and courts.
Processors are contractually required to process data only on instructions and with appropriate safeguards.
10. Storage period
We store personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the respective purpose. It is then deleted or anonymised unless statutory retention obligations, legitimate interests in retaining documentation, or ongoing proceedings prevent this. Business and tax records are retained in accordance with statutory periods.

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests.
You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

12. Data security and amendments
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, unauthorised access, and improper processing. Connections to this website are encrypted using HTTPS.
We amend this Privacy Policy when functions, service providers, or legal requirements change. The version published on this website at the relevant time is authoritative.
